We search the future Project Sales Manager for the Lighting subsidiary of an international industrial Group, established for over 60 years and widely recognised in the Electrical market. The global head office is in London, UK.

It manufactures and markets a wide range of electrical and lighting products for architectural, industrial, commercial, residential and outdoor applications with manufacturing sites and sales offices all over the world, employing 2200 people.
This post is integrated inside the Specification Direction and is dedicated to the French market.
The role is integral to driving sales within the project area in France to lead in the following:
• Identification of projects appropriate to our product range
• Specification of products within new and existing installations, specifically for indoor and office buildings
• Develop a pipeline of projects and manage through to order fulfilment
• Develop relationships with Specification contacts, M&E Consultants, D&B Contractors, Fit Out contractors, Architects, Local Government and End Users
• Recruit and manage future team of Project Sales Engineers
He will be managed directly by the Specification Director based in London. He will also maintain relationship with the French Commercial Director at functional and administrative level.
He will be based in France in Parisian Region. Many trips in France are to be expected. Travel to consider in the United Kingdom.

 

Profile :

Qualifications / Experience

• Business Degree or Diploma
• Experience in specification sales environment
• Experience within Lighting or Electrical industry (ideal)
• Proven track record of sales in local market

• Demonstrates good planning skills & time-management
• Creative with the ability to think outside the box
